Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a verified fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement where possible.

Items must not be worn, altered, or washed when reporting a fault.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
